目的: 在课程结束的时候预订部销售文员应懂得如何使用Oprea查询

Standard :
Reservation sales agents should have thorough understanding of all rate plans and associated rates so that they can professionally and accurately quote rates to callers.
Reservation sales agents will be able to access and locate rate information using the Oprea menu as required. Negotiated rates will not be given to callers over the phone.
标准:
预订部销售文员应对所有价格计划和有关的价格充分理解以便他们能够专业和准确地向打电话者报价。
当客人询问时, 预订员将能通过使用Oprea菜单进入并找到有关价格的信息。在电话上不向打电话者提供协议价。
