健康教育和心理护理对顺产产妇发生羊水栓塞及远期生活质量影响的临床研究
[摘要] 目的研究健康教育和心理护理对顺产产妇发生羊水栓塞及远期质量治疗的影响。方法选择在本院顺产分娩的产妇作为研究对象,随机分为给予健康教育和心理护理的观察组及常规护理的对照组,观察发生羊水栓塞的例数、分娩后应激状况及远期生活质量。结果观察组患者发生羊水栓塞2例,少于对照组;汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、血糖水平低于对照组;血胰岛素水平、远期生活质量评分高于对照组。结论健康教育和心理护理能有效预防羊水栓塞的发生、改善远期生活质量,具有积极的临床价值。

[Abstract] Objective To study the influence of health education and psychological nursing on amniotic fluid embolism and long-term life of utocia maternal. Method
s Utocia maternal were collected as the research object and randomly divided into observation group given health education and psychological nursing and control group given routine nursing the cases of amniotic fluid embolism,stress status and long-term quality of life were observed. Results 2 cases of amniotic fluid embolism,HAMA score,blood glucose level of observation group were less than control group;The serum insulin level,long-term quality of life score were higher than control group. Conclusion Health education and psychological nursing can effectively prevent the occurrence of amniotic fluid embolism and improve the
