[摘要]本课题通过对调节环塑料件进行测绘及结构工艺性分析,设计并制造了一模一腔的双分型面注射模。该模具选择最大横截面为分型面,采用潜伏式浇口的浇注系统,推杆推出结构的推出系统,斜导柱侧向分型与抽芯机构,导柱、导套合模导向机构,镶拼式成型零件结构,并对成型零件尺寸进行了计算,对注射机进行了初步选择和校核,且阐述了双分型面注射模具的结构与工作原理。最后又对部分零件的加工工艺进行了编制,加工制造装配了所设计模具。

Abstract: Through mapping and analysis technology of the adjustable ring, a model with a dual-cavity injection mold dual parting line is designed. The mold has chosen dual-surface, the submarine gate of the gating system, the launch system of putting launches, the slanting guide pillar lateral minute with pulls out the anization, the guide posts, guide sleeve mold-oriented institutions, mosaic-type structure forming part, and the part size on the injection machine is calculated, and the preliminary selection is checked, the duplex profile injects mold's structure and the principle of work is elaborated. Finally, ponents' processing craft is established, and the designed part is manufactured.
