小切口超薄皮瓣修剪术在237例腋臭根治术的临床观察

【摘要】目的:观察小切U超薄皮瓣修剪术根治腋臭的疗效,及术后并发症
预防。方法:对2011年5月至2013年8只收治的283例腋臭患者,采用小切口超薄皮瓣修剪术。术后观察异味去除效果,局部恢复及功能情况。结果:随访3〜 21个月,237例患者,共474侧,气味去除效果满意,并发症少。结论:小切口超薄皮瓣修剪术根治腋臭,术后恢复快、疗效确切,伤口瘢痕小,是腋臭根治术一种理想的手术方法,值得临床推广。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of osmidrosis treatment with
micro-incision subcutaneous trimming,and the prevention of postoperative
283 cases with osmidrosis that were admitted to hospital in May 2011 to August 2013,treated by the method. Observed the effect of the armpit
odor removal,wound recovery and the function of the super thin skin flap. Results
237 patients including 474 side armpit were followed up by 3 to 21 months, The
patients were satisfied with the osmidrosis removal efficiency and less postoperative
complications. Conclusion With the advantages of recovery rapidly,curative effect,
small wound scar. It is a good method to osmidrosis radical operation with
micro-incision subcutaneous to spread in the clinical.

随着生活质量需求的不断提高,传统腋臭根治术较多存的并发症己不能被患
者接受。
本组腋臭患者,采用小切U超薄皮瓣修剪术,取得了良好的临床效果,报道如下。
1资料与方法
入组病例283例,年龄18〜48岁,男性97例,女性186例,所有患者均无手术禁忌证。
