【摘要】目的:探宄分析小切口阑尾手术在治疗老年阑尾炎患者上的临床疗
效。方法:选取我院自2014年10月至2015年10月共收治的120例老年阑尾炎患者,随机将其分为实验组60例和对照组60例,给予对照组患者以传统切口阑尾手术,而给予实验组患者以小切口阑尾手术,对比两组患者在术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间以及并发症发病率等指标上的差异。结果:经统计分析,实验组患者术后发生并发症4例,对照组则为13例;实验组住院时间为(±l,42)天,对照组则为(±)天;实验组手术时间为(±) min,对照组手术时间为(±) min;实验组的术中出血量为(±)ml,对照组为(±)ml。两组数据比较差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<)o结论:对老年阑尾炎患者进行小切U阑尾手术具有更佳的临床疗效,显著降低了并发症的发生率,值得在临床上作进一步的推广应用。
