【摘要】目的:探讨小切口阑尾炎切除术治疗阑尾炎的临床效果。方法:木研宄将收治的急性阑尾炎患者按照数字表法随机分为研宄组和对照组,其中对照组釆用传统切口切除术,而研究组则采用小切口切除术,比较两组的手术情况及术后并发症发生率。结果:研究组的手术时间、下床活动时间及拆线天数均较对照组明显缩短;另外,研宄组的出血量、手术切U长度较对照组明显下降(t=、 、、、, P<)。研究组患者的术后伤口感染、肠粘连、遗留瘢痕等并发症发生率明显低于对照组(x2=, P<)o结论:小切口阑尾炎切除术治疗急性阑尾炎的临床效果确切,具有操作简易、创伤小、恢复快、术后并发症少等优点,值得在基层医院推广使用。

[Abstract]Objective: To explore the clinical effect of small incision appendectomy in
the treatment of appendicitis. Methods: This study will be admitted with acute
appendicitis patients according to the digital table method were randomly divided
into study group and control group, the control group using the traditional incision surgery, while the study group with small incision surgery, compared with two groups of surgery and plication rate. Results: Study Group in the
operation time, bed time and take out stitches days were significantly shorter than
