【摘要】A的:探讨人工肝静脉留置导管感染情况原因分析。方法:回顾性分析乐山市屮医医院感染科2012年5月至2013年5月,收治入科的85例肝衰竭患者,经人工肝治疗246例次,观察发生导管相关性感染的例数并取导管尖端和外周血细菌培养及药敏试验。结果:85例采用单纯血浆置换术246人次,
采用连续静脉血液滤过5人次,导管留置时间7-22天,共发生51例次导管相关感染,%。结论:防止导管相关性感染可通过回顾性分析致病菌,针对性对肝衰竭患者的心理、病理特点,通过心理、物品要求、PDCA护理模式等进行整体护理设计,规避因导管留置引起致病菌感染,以便更有效降低人工肝治疗静脉留置导管相关性感染的发生率。

【Abstract】 objective: to evaluate the hepatic vein indwelling catheter infections cause analysis. Methods: a retrospective analysis of leshan hospital infection branch
of traditional Chinese medicine in May 2012 to May 2013, the families of 85 cases of
liver failure patients, artificial liver treatment 246 cases, observation of catheter
related infections occuring and catheter tips and peripheral blood bacterial culture
and drug susceptibility test. Results: 85 cases of the pure blood plasma replacement
