摘要
本文主要介绍了北人集团公司的发展情况以及现在所需的业务发展战略,总
结了北人集团公司开拓印刷机在越南市场的历程、业绩与问题,并从多个角度对
问题产生的缘由进行了系统的例证分析,进而提出了作者对北人集团公司在开拓
越南印刷机市场的战略构想,并通过列举北人集团公司在开拓市场中的成功与失
败的案例,对其进行了论证,并最后得出结论,认为采取积极有效的措施解决公
司在开拓越南印刷机械市场上出现的问题并积极筹划,站在战略高度筹备海外合
资公司是可行的,也是及时的。开拓越南市场既是公司海外战略的重要内容,也
是以点到面的拓展其他市场的试点,值得重视。

Abstract
This paper mainly introduces the development situation and business
development strategy of Beiren Group Corporation, sums up the
progresses, performances and problems of Beiren Group Corporation on
the printing machine development in Vietnam market, analyzes the causes
about the occurred problems with examples, and then presents the
Vietnam market strategy conception of Beiren Group Corporation, lists
and discusses the ess and failure experiences of Beiren Group
Corporation, finally concludes that, take effective measures to solve the
existed problems in Vietnam printing machinery market and plan actively,
standing on the strategic height to prepare overseas joint venture
company is feasible and timely. Pioneering Vietnam market is not only an
important content of the overseas strategy of Beiren Group Corporation,
but also the pilot project to the development of the other markets. It is
worth attention.
