城市智能交通系统的构建与应用研究
——以廊坊市为例
摘要
随着我国经济、社会的快速发展,机动车保有量、驾驶人数量激增,以“交通拥堵”为
主要特点的城市交通病在全国广泛蔓延。智能交通系统的出现给交通管理开辟了科技化、
精细化发展之路,对于缓解交通拥堵、强化交通信息服务、建立安全体系、保证城市可持
续发展具有重要的现实意义和深远影响。
本文结合廊坊市智能交通系统的建设发展及应用实际,借鉴国外先进经验,通过实际
调研和理论研究,对城市智能交通系统建设的必要性、构建目标、构建体系和应用效果等
方面进行了探讨,并结合工作实际,总结分析了智能交通系统给交通管理带来的影响,提
出了笔者发展智能交通系统的建议。
廊坊市智能交通系统的应用是我国城市应用现状的一个缩影,与先进国家相比,我国
的智能化、科技化水平还存在一定差距。笔者认为,智能化的城市交通管理是今后发展的
必然趋势,智能交通建设应站在城市总体发展的高度,整合各类城市交通资源,构建一体
化城市“大交通”。

STUDY ON THE STRUCTURE AND APPLICATION OF
INTELLIGENT TRANSPORTATION SYSTEMS IN THE CITY
ABSTRACT
Traffic jam, as the main problem of the urban has spread over China recently along with
economy, society and mobility development. The emergence of the intelligent transportation
system for traffic management opens up a fine development way to alleviate congestion,
strengthen information service, set up a security system and ensure the sustainable development
of the city.
This paper first studies the necessity, overall goal, system and application effect by learning
from the foreign advanced experience and practical investigation, combining with the intelligent
transport system of Langfang in Hebei Province. Secondly, this paper summarizes the impact
from intelligent transport system to traffic management connecting with the actual work. At last,
this paper puts forward the development suggestion of intelligent transportation system.
Langfang, which has a little away from perfect to developed country, is a representative city
of China in the intelligent transport system field. The intelligent urban traffic management is the
inevitable trend of the development for the future. Consequently, we should put in the height of
the city's overall development to construct the integration big traffic by integrated resources.
