摘要
随着科学技术的发展,各种敏感性负荷的大量应用,电力用户对电能质量的要求不断提高,因而电能质量问题受到了前所未有的重视。据研究表明,在诸多现代电能质量问题中,电压暂降是发生频率最高、造成损失最大的动态电能质量问题。
动态电压调节器(Dynamic Voltage Restorer,DVR)是用来补偿电压暂降、提高下游敏感性负荷供电质量的电压补偿装置,其良好的动态性能和成本上的相对优势使它成为目前治理电压暂降问题最经济而有效的手段。
本文以动态电压调节器(DVR)为研究对象,首先阐述了电能质量问题、研究DVR的意义及DVR的发展概况,然后,在系统分析了DVR的工作原理、电路结构、常用检测方法、电压控制策略的基础上,建立了三相DVR系统的仿真模型。本文还重点分析了基于瞬时无功功率理论的dq0变换的电压暂降检测方法及三角波比较控制方式的电压补偿技术。
,并对仿真的结果进行分析和讨论。仿真结果表明,采用基于瞬时无功功率理论的dq0变换的电压暂降检测方法和三角波比较控制的电压补偿技术的DVR具有较好的动态响应速度和较高的补偿精度,证实了本文设计的DVR系统电路的正确性和电压补偿的实时性。

The Circuit Design of the Dynamic Voltage Restorer and its Control
Abstract
The requirement on electrical power quality is ever increasing along with the development of technology and a lot of sensitive electric equipments are widely applied. According to the research indicates that, voltage sage is the most frequently happening problem on power system and might cause great economic loss.
Dynamic voltage restorer (DVR) is a pensation device which pensate the voltage sag and improve the quality of power supply of sensitive fine dynamic function and relative lower cost make it to be the most-operative and cost-effective solution in voltages sag at present.
This paper takes the dynamic voltage restorer as the research object. Firstly the power quality problems, background and signification of the research work is introduced, based on the analysis of theory and its elements, and then built three-phase system simulation model of the DVR. This paper also analyses the based on instantaneous reactive power theory dq0 transformation of the voltage drop testing methods and triangle wave is control mode of pensation technology.
