超声引导下神经阻滞在小儿上肢手术麻醉中的应用分析
【摘要】目的:分析探讨超声引导下神经阻滞在小儿上肢手术麻醉中的应用效果。方法:将笔者所在医院XX年1月-XX年1月择期行上肢手术的86例患儿纳入本课题中,并按随机抽签法分为两组,每组43例。观察组在超声引导下进行腋路臂丛及肌腱沟臂丛阻滞,对照组在常规定位下进行腋路臂丛及肌腱沟臂丛阻滞,观察神经阻滞操作时间、***用量、神经阻滞有效率、患儿并发症发生情况。结果:观察组神经阻滞操作时间短于对照组,***用量少于对照组,神经阻滞有效率高于对照组,差异有均统计学意义;观察组并发症发生率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:超声引导下神经阻滞可满足小儿上肢手术的麻醉需要,与传统定位下神经阻滞麻醉比较,超声引导下神经阻滞的安全性更高,麻醉质量更显著,***用量更少。
