摘要
现如今,世界范围内的ERP市场竞争日趋激烈。市场风云变化也激发了多样化、差别化的ERP系统,如功能性和控制点差别显著的系统被开发出来。然而,很多企业缺乏对ERP系统设计差异和新技术的掌握,在系统实施期间或者在系统实施后,承受了灾难性的后果。因此,防范和规避ERP系统应用所带来的风险成为了企业关注和争论的焦点。本文通过对ERP 系统中的主要风险进行识别与分析,进而提出风险应对与风险控制策略,为企业提高ERP 系统建设成功率、加快信息化进程、有效控制和规避风险提供了参考。

ABSTRACT
Now worldwide ERP petition is ing increasingly fierce. Changes in the market situation also inspired the diversification differentiated ERP systems, such as functionality and control points difference significant system has been developed. However, many enterprises lack a grasp of the difference of ERP system design and new technologies, the implementation of the system during or after the implementation of the system to withstand catastrophic consequences. Therefore, to prevent and to avoid the risks posed by the ERP system applications e the focus of concern and debate. In this paper, the main risk in the ERP system to recognize and analyze, and then raised the risk response and risk control strategy for enterprises to improve the ess rate of ERP system, accelerate the process, and effective control and to avoid risks to provide a reference.

1 ERP管理信息系统及其技术特点
ERP是英文Enterprise Resource Planning的简称,即企业资源计划,也称为企业资源规划。顾名思义,ERP就是对企业的所有资源进行计划、控制和管理的一种手段。 ERP系统是指建立在信息技术基础上,以系统化的管理思想,为企业决策层及员工提供决策运行手段的管理平台。ERP系统集信息技术与先进管理思想于一身,成为现代企业的运行模式,反映时代对企业合理调配资源,最大化地创造社会财富的要求,成为企业在信息时代生存、发展的基石。它对于改善企业业务流程、提高企业核心竞争力具有显著作用。
从世界范围内的ERP系统来看,在技术应用特点上,可归纳为以下几点:
⑴支持大中型企业跨地区的体系式管理模式,具有强大的统计分析和辅助决策功能,使企业能及时掌握市场动向,做出正确决策。
⑵借助网络通信、及分布数据库技术,采用集中与分布相结合形式,能实现管理经营信息的动态共享。
⑶应用最新数据技术Web 数据库技术,浏览器/ 服务器技术与客户机/ 服务器相结合,支持电子商务应用模式,并为用户提供了友好的操作界面
