【摘要】目的:对术后角膜散光与透明角膜切口大小之间的关系进行研究。
方法:选取我院2012年8月一 2013年8月期间88例进行过超声乳化白内障摘除并植入折叠人工晶体的患者的临床资料进行分析。结果:术后一周,A组患者比手术前的平均角膜散光度大了 , B组患者则大了 ,两组数据之间存在差异,p<。术后3个只,A组患者比手术前的平均角膜散光度大了 , B组组患者则大了 ,数据差异较小,p>。结论:在白内障手术中,小切口手术造成的创伤小,时间短,无需影响原先的散光,以及术后视力恢复快等优势,值得推广。
