[ 摘
要]
东莨菪碱作为一种托品烷类生物碱, 在临床上可用作麻醉前给药、晕动症的治疗。目前市场上的剂型有片剂、注
射剂、贴剂、胶囊剂等, 针对不同剂型对其含量测定也有不同方法。本文阐述了几种东莨菪碱不同剂型的含量测定方法并加
以比较, 其中 H P LC 法分离效率高, 专属性好, 灵敏度高, 是目前最为常用的一种方法。

t ion sickness. T here are many formulatio ns of scopolamine prepa ratio ns such as t ablet, injection, pat ch, capsule and so o n in
the market. T here are many different met ho ds fo r content determ inat ion of scopolamine in different f ormulations. In this arti
cle, several methods fo r content determination of scopolamine in different preparations w ere introduced pared. T he
HP LC metho d has the advantages of higher separation eff iciency , better specificity , higher sensitivity than other methods
