摘要:针对传统的装备保障理论难以适应信息化战争的问题,提出基于精确理念的装备保障转型建设思路。在分析装备精确保障内涵的基础上,将基于精确理念的装备保障转型建设的过程分为观念转型、体制转型和运行方式转型3个阶段,并阐述了3个阶段的主要内容和转型建设的基本方法。该研究可为装备精确保障转型建设提供参考。

Thinking of Equipment Support Transformation Construction

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of traditional equipment support theory difficult to adapt to informatization war, a construction thinking of equipment support transformation based on the idea of precision is presented. On the basis of the analysis of the connotation about precision equipment support, the process of equipment support transformation construction based on the idea of precision is divided into three parts, including idea transformation, system transformation, and operational mode transformation. The main contents of the three parts and the basic methods of the transformation construction are explained. This research can provide active reference for the construction of precision equipment support transformation.

基于CFD的炮口制退器结构特征量特性研究

摘要:为了减少火炮的后座动能提高炮口制退器的作用,提出一种利用计算流体力学的方法计算炮口制退器流场来研究炮口制退器结构特征量的方法。通过推导结构特征量在定常流和非定常流条件下结构特征量的计算算式,计算3种不同类型炮口制退器在定常流条件下的结构特征量;并选取一种炮口制退器,在线性和非线性入口非定常流条件下,计算它的结构特征量。计算结果证明:炮口制退器的结构特征量与入口总压、总温大小,以及流动是定常流或者非定常流都没有关系,是一个不变的常量,与火炮试验结果一致。
