摘要
正确合理地设计和使用液压系统,对于提高各类液压机械设备及装置的工作品质和技术经济性能具有重要意义。该自动线用于加工135系列油泵凸轮轴,完成淬火前所有加工工序,包括铣二端面,打中心孔,割槽,车外圆及粗、精车凸轮外形等工序。使用机械手来完成零件的上、下料及工序间的输送等工作。这将解放劳动力,大大提高生产率,实现机械化生产。
本文主要包括液压缸的设计和液压控制装置的块式集成。采用块式集成的先进方法可简化设计,设计灵活、更改方便,易于加工、专业化程度高,结构紧凑、装配维护方便,减少整个液压装置的管路和管接头的数量;系统运行效率较高,压力损失少,发热少。这种设计以后将非常广泛应用于液压系统。

Abstract
Correctly reasonably the design and the use hydraulic system, regarding enhances each kind of hydraulic pressure mechanical device and the equipment workmanship and the technical economical performance has the vital significance! the equipment main engine structure function, the hydraulic system constitution, the principle of work and the technical characteristic especially is use in from the generatrix processing 135 series oil pump cam shafts, completes before quenching all processing working procedure, including the mill two end surfaces, hits the center bore, shears the trough, the vehicle outer annulus and thick, working procedures and so on lathe finishing cam the manipulator plete ponents on, yummy treats and working procedure work and so on will liberate the labor force, will enhance the productivity greatly, the realization mechanization production.
