摘要
本次毕业设计要求设计一台扭结式糖果包装机,通过许多方案的综合评价、筛选,最后确定了这一台连续式包装机。该机由上料斗、分糖落糖部件、钳糖部件、扭结部件、纸架部件、切纸部件以及动力源—无极变速部件、动力分度箱等几大部件,整个包装过程实现了自动化,与现代化机械相比,本机器实现了高速、连续性,具有较高的生产率、低动力消耗、使用简单、维修方便可靠等优点。
随着科学技术的不断发展进步,各种食品加工品的出现,对包装技术和包装设备都提出了新的要求,包装机械在流通领域中发挥着越来越大的作用。包装机械竞争日趋激烈,而高度自动化、智能化、多功能、高效率、低消耗的包装设备越来越受到行业的青睐。包装机械有多种分类方法。按功能可分为单功能包装机和多功能包装机;按使用目的可分为内包装机和外包装机;按包装品种又可分为专用包装机和通用包装机;按自动化水平分为半自动机和全自动机等。
本次设计采用CAD软件画了五幅装配图,分别是总体图、拨糖部件、剪纸部件、扭糖部件、钳糖部件,实现了设计任务要求。

Packaging machinery petitive and highly automated, intelligent, versatile, high-efficiency, low consumption of packaging equipment increasingly favored by the industry.
