华蟾素辅助立体定向体部伽玛刀治疗
原发性肝癌的临床研究

【摘要】目的研究立体定向体部伽玛刀配合华蟾素注射液在原发性肝细胞癌综合治疗中的
临床价值。方法选择诊断明确的 60 例原发性肝癌患者作为研究对象,将他们随机分为 2 组:对照
组 30 例,给予立体定向体部伽玛刀治疗;联合组 30 例,在接受伽玛刀治疗的同时给予华蟾素注射液
静滴,比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效。结果治疗后联合组患者在疼痛缓解率、生活质量、生存时
间、临床疗效等指标上均较对照组患者进一步改善和提高(P <0畅05)。结论华蟾素能减轻放疗毒
副反应,立体定向体部伽玛刀联合华蟾素能提高肝癌患者的临床疗效,不良反应轻,是一种安全有效
的综合治疗方案。
