磷石膏固相球磨制备硫酸铵的研究

摘 要采用固相球磨制备的方法,以磷石膏和碳酸氢铵为原料制备硫酸铵。通过正交试验,优化了制备工艺条件,采用 XRD 分析了产物
的物相组成,并探讨了反应机理。研究表明:优选的固相球磨工艺参数为 CaSO4 ·2H2O 和 NH4HCO3 的摩尔比 ,球磨时间 15min,球料比 3∶1,
球磨机转速 600r/min,此条件下,反应的平均转化率达 %;XRD 分析表明,球磨作用下,磷石膏与碳酸氢铵能快速反应生成硫酸铵,同时部分硫
酸铵还会与未反应的石膏结合生成铵石膏;球磨机械增加了活化分子总数和有效碰撞次数,使反应速率大大增加,从而使磷石膏与碳酸氢铵在常
温下也能发生高效的转化反应。本法大幅降低能耗,为磷石膏的综合利用提供一条有效途径。

Abstract Ammonium sulfate was prepared by solid-phase ball milling from phosphogypsum and ammonium bicarbonate as the raw material.
