白色污染在环境管理中存在的问题及防治对策研究

摘要
本文简要说明了白色污染的定义是指由聚苯乙烯、聚氯乙烯等高分子化合物制成的一次性的塑料制品,在其使用后被弃成固体废弃物。白色污染对环境造成的不良影响有两种,一种是视觉污染,另一种是潜在危害,而潜在危害带来的长期的深层次环境问题更是危害无穷。目前白色污染一直是世界各国关注的重要环保课题,而我国是世界上十大塑料制品生产和消费国之一,治理白色污染问题已迫在眉睫。本文从提出的白色污染的危害、我国白色污染的现状到控制白色污染的意义及防治方法,继而说明防治白色污染的重要性。而防治白色污染则需要由防治对策来有效实施,借鉴国外的防治经验结合我国的国情以及从白色污染在中国的环境管理中存在的问题的各个方面来阐述该观点,说明研究白色污染的防治对策的意义和重要性。通篇围绕白色污染对环境的危害,而研究防治对策是解决白色污染的有效途径来展开话题,进而得出结论,应和主题。
