Abstract: Four TM remote sensing images of Ha-Da-Qi Industrial Corridor in 1990, 1995, 2000 and 2005 were taken as data for this article study. The data sources of land-cover landscape were obtained under puter Interaction interpretation with GIS software. The rail line that runs through Harbin, Daqing and Qiqihar urban was selected as the central axis. Radius of 30,000 meters, 60000 meters, 90,000 meters and 12000 meters were to establishment of four buffers respectively. The landscape indices of class scale were chosen to analyze the landscape pattern of the four buffers. The appropriate threshold value was chosen to identify how much Ha-Da-Qi Industrial Corridor influenced on the surrounding ecological environment. On this basis, the method of property superposition and re-classification were used to analyze stability of in study area. Meanwhile, there were some brief analyses on its direction of the transformation. The results showed that the cultivated land and build-up land which have relationship with human activities couldn’t easily be changed for other purpose; yet degraded saline-alkali land had a little change because of its difficult improvement. Wetland, grassland and forest land had a good degree of transformation because of their unstable state. There was a change tendency of land use structure to the direction of stabilization, singularity and frangibility. It was necessary to take effective measure
