摘要
企业问的商业竞争越来越激烈,如何吸引优秀人才、台理安排人力资源、降低人费
成本、提高企业竞争力,B经是企业管理者考虑的首要喊睡。在ERP中集成了九秀资源
管理系统之后,ERP才真正扶企业内部的信息管理发展为面商全方位辩企业资源管理系
统
本文结合大连齐化讫工有限公司集成、高效、先进、实甩企业管理需求,竞成了
CD—ERP入力资源管理系统的相关关键技术盼匣甩研究,对予以后进一步研究藕开发适庸
于具体行业规范集成的企业资源规划人力资源管理系统,推广和扩大人力资源管理系统
的应用范围有较大借鉴意义。
本文根据CD-ERP人力资源管理系统的特点与目标,对人力资源管理系统业务需求、
数据流程、编码进行了深入分析,,特别是存
储结构和存取方法的基础上,提出了一系列提高数据库性能的应对措施,解决了所用数
据库系统时间效率、空间效率、维护代价等因素的综合优化问题,提高了系统总体性能
价格比;根据CD—ERP人力资源管理系统的特点,系统采用c—S架构,开发过程贯穿面
向对象思想,并运用组件应用技术以及数据库安全技术等指导系统的具体设计,以利于
奉谋题完成了人力资源管理系统中人事管理、工姿管瑾、保险管理、培讲管理、爨
名管理、考勤管理共6个模块的开发设计,以及整个系统的功能集成,为整个CD-ERP
系统提供了基础共享数据。
