摘要
随着信息技术的发展,虚拟社区已经广泛应用于人们的生活、工作和学习中。虚拟社区跨越
时空、层级限制,将不同的地域、知识背景和身份的个体组成一个新的虚拟群体,借助网络平台
参与知识共享。虚拟社区已经成为网民获取信息、交流知识的重要场所之一。不同的社区成员其
参与动机不同,本研究将参与动机对知识共享的影响作为研究的问题。
本研究以主题型虚拟社区成员为研究对象,以参与动机和知识共享为研究内容,通过文献回
顾、对社区成员访谈、社区观察等方法收集问卷项目,编制成由18个项目构成的《主题型虚拟社
区成员参与动机问卷》和由10个项目构成的《主题型虚拟社区成员知识共享问卷》。选取多个主
题型虚拟社区进行抽样调查,得到324名有效样本,、
据进行统计处理,对数据进行因素分析和方差分析,并建立了虚拟社区参与动机对知识共享影响
的全模型。研究结果表明:
、效度良好,可以作为测量虚拟社区成员参与动机和知识共享的有
效工具。
、认同性动机、娱乐性动机和交往性动机;信息性动机受性
别、年龄、学历和社区网龄影响;交往性动机受性别、年龄和社区网龄影响;认同性动机受社区
网龄影响;娱乐性动机较少受到影响。

本文研究主题型虚拟社区参与动机对知识共享的影响,扩展了虚拟社区知识共享的研究视
角,所得结论对于虚拟社区的发展具有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract
With the development of information work technology, munity has been used
widely in people's life, work and study. es across time,space and class
restrictions, and unite the individuals with different knowledge background and identity into a new
munity to participate in knowledge sharing with work platform. munity
has e one of the important places to obtain information and exchange knowledge. Different
members of munity participate with different motives, this research takes the influence of
participating motivation upon the knowledge sharing as the topic of this study.
The theme-type munity members are considered as the research object and participation
motives and knowledge sharing as the research content, with the method of literature review,
community members interview munity observation to collect questionnaire projects. And they
are put into the munity participation motivation posed of 16 projects and
the munity knowledge sharing posed of 10 projects. Multiple theme
