混凝土的裂缝问题是一个普遍存在而又难于解决的工程技术问题,钢筋混凝土屋面出现裂缝渗漏,是住户最大意见的通病,对房屋的耐久性影响最大的通病。认真查清产生此通病的原因,以采取相应措施加于防范,避免以后的钢筋混凝土屋面不再出现裂缝渗漏现象,减少裂缝渗漏问题。 
本文根据现场实际情况分析了钢筋砼结构裂缝产生的原因及防治措施与防治对策,通过实际调整,总结了施工经验,简单描述了混凝土裂缝的种类及渗、漏原因,从材料质量、混凝土早期收缩、施工质量、地基不均匀沉降、温度变形、结构改变使用功能、设计考虑不周等方面写出了混凝土裂缝的原因,具体写出了钢筋混凝土屋面裂缝渗漏原因的几个方面,在混凝土的收缩变形、材料选用及质量问题、施工方法不当、结构设计方面分析了混凝土裂缝的原因,简要的从几个方面描述了混凝土的影响因素,从混凝土的原材料、施工等方面总结了钢筋混凝土裂缝的防治措施与防治对策。
