液压机械传动无级变速箱闭式实验台设计
摘要
车辆变速箱的生产厂商在总装完成之后必须进行性能检验,以避免在拥护使用过程中出现质量问题。利用加载实验台作为变速箱的性能检验设备,更接近变速箱的实际使用工况。液压机械传动无级变速箱闭式实验台是对车辆变速箱进行测试与研究的关键设备,同发达尚有较大差距。而购买国外昂贵的成套设备有受资金的限制。因此为了适应车辆技术发展的需要,设计开发一种性能好的变速箱加载实验台非常重要。实验台根据加载部件同,可分为液压加载、电加载等。如果加载元件是液压泵。介质是液压油,则称为液压加载。液压加载因为加载功率大。成本低等优点,非常适合在大批量生产变速箱部件的的出厂实验台上。
本文论述了汽车关键部件之一的变速箱的出厂实验台的研制,重点阐述了液压加载的原理,加载功率和扭矩的计算及液压元件的选择和液压加载实验台的结构特点。此实验台可以完成对新型变速箱性能实验和汽车、拖拉机的燃油经济性的测试等。

Utilize and load the laboratory bench and examine the equipment as the performance of the gearbox, the reality closer to the gearbox uses the operating mode. The stepless gearbox closing type laboratory bench of mechanical drive of the hydraulic pressure is the key equipment tested and studied to the vehicle gearbox, compared with developed country still there is greater disparity in the equipment in this respect of our country. And buy the foreign and plete sets and is restricted by fund. So in order to meet the needs of vehicle technical development, it is very important to design and develop a kind of of good performance gearbox and load the laboratory bench. It is according to loading in laboratory bench part with,it is load , not loading etc. after electricity not to can divide into by hydraulic pressure. If it is a hydraulic pump to load ponent. The medium is the hydraulic oil, called the hydraulic pressure to load. The hydraulic pressure loads and loads the power largly. The low grade advantage of the cost, is very suitable for the laboratory bench of the factory of appearing producing part of the gearbox in enormous quantities.
