摘要:高职院校会计专业人才培养模式必须打破传统的以会计理论为主、实践教学为辅的课程教学体系,不断创新。按照“321”工学结合的人才培养模式,以“职业岗位核心能力”为基础,以企业会计“工作过程或工作流程”方法为教学改革内容,是创新会计专业理论和实践人才培养模式的着眼点。

Abstract: Accounting professional talent training pattern innovation is to break tradition mainly with accounting theory in vocational colleges, few practice teaching is the course teaching system of supplement, adopt the full hall of “Tian Ya Shi” in teaching the teaching method of filling , and is the talent training pattern characteristic that educated according to high duty, as well as the battalion medium and small businesses of the people for being in height of the demand of duty accounting professional talent, in innovation and optimization course system, according to the work of “321”, the innovation talent who bination trains pattern, is taking “Zhi Yie Gang Wei He Xin Neng Li” as foundation, is taking the enterprise accounting method of “Gong Zuo Guo Cheng Huo Gong Zuo Liu Cheng” as teaching reform content, innovation accounting professional theoretical and practice talent training pattern.
