摘要:高压断路器是高压开关电器最为重要的一种电气设备,在电力系统中担负着控制和保护的双重任务,因此确保断路器的可靠运行极为重要。高压断路器机械特性的测量能够准确的提供高压断路器工作时机械结构方面的信息,从而为操动机构的机械设计和故障诊断等提供全面的信息。
因此本文在以往高压断路器机械特性参数测试仪的基础上,根据不同现场的需求,研制和开发了基于单片机的高压断路器测试装置。使断路器高效、可靠地工作。
本设计主要应用AT89C55作为控制核心,LCD、微型打印机、电流传感器相结合的系统。仪器采用了液晶显示技术和键盘技术,使仪器的人机交互功能友好、直观、操作较为方便。充分发挥了单片机的性能。其优点是硬件电路简单,软件功能完善,控制系统可靠,性价比较高等特点,具有一定的使用和参考价值。

Abstract:High Voltage breaker(HV Breaker) is a sort of important electric equipment of switch--wiring which take on the control and safeguard in electric power system,so the reliabililty service of the breakers is very characteristic measurement of High Voltage Breake isable to provide information about positions accurately when HV Breaker is working,which can give much information for designing positions and diagnosing mechanical troubles.
Moreover , The paper based on the past breaker--testing , With the needs of vary spot , We develop and open up a series of HV Breaker 一testing based on make the breaker availability 、credibility work .
Is it use AT89C55 as core of controlling , LCD , miniature printer , voltaic sensor ,that bine together mainly to design originally. It adopts the LCD and keyboard technology so as to be operated easily under the full play to the performance of the one-puter. Its advantage hardware circuit is simple, the software is with perfect function, the control system is reliable , higher characteristic of the price, have certain use and reference value.
