摘要
根据设计任务要求,依据现行铁路桥梁设计规范,综合考虑桥位的地质、地形条件,经初选后提出了箱梁梁柱式支架现浇的方案。本梁柱式支架采用钢管柱为支柱,贝雷梁作为主要的承重梁。方案比选后,进行了地基处理、支架结构结构细部尺寸拟定、施工荷载及箱梁自重的计算。然后通过MIDAS建立模型,对模型进行有限元分析,验算横梁的应力、挠度,贝雷梁的应力,贝雷梁弦杆及腹杆的稳定性,钢管柱的承载力及稳定性。经分析及验算表明该设计计算方法正确,内力分布合理,符合设计任务的要求。
施工过程应考虑现场的实际条件,依次进行地基处理、钢管柱的施工、砂筒的安放、贝雷梁的安放及模板的安装。待浇筑完毕混凝土达到强度后再利用砂筒落架法落架。

Abstract
