摘要
随着网络通信和多媒体技术的发展,人们已不满足简单的语音和文字通信,希望集语音、文字和图像于一体的多媒体通信。多媒体通信是继电报,传真,电话之后新的通信技术。视频会议系统是一种应用网络技术和音频/视频编解码技术来实现虚拟会议的多媒体通信系统,能够使地理上分散的用户在网络上通过视频,声音,文本等信息流进行交互式的交流。
的飞速发展,与IP有关的技术也取得了巨大的发展。基于IP交换网络的视频会议系统的实现由于其成本的低廉,交互性强大,多点共同参与的特点和优点取代了传统的电视,电话会议,成为了人们通过远程进行会议交流的理想选择。
本文围绕“基于IP网络的视频会议系统”这一课题展开的。视频会议系统采用RTP/RTCP协议作为媒体控制协议,音频采用G723,,实现了局域网内点对点的视频会议系统。
本文主要阐述以下几个方面的内容:
①分析了视频会议系统的发展,应用及意义。
②分析并研究了视频会议系统使用的关键技术。
③分析并研究了视频会议系统的实现标准。
④实现了局域网点对点视频会议系统的总体设计。
⑤阐述了视频会议系统的实现。

ABSTRACT
With the development of the technology of multimedia working,text and munication via can not meet the requirements of the people. People need a munication that can transmit text,void and video. It developed after telephone,telegraph and fax. Now video conference,an application of munication,working technology and multimedia codec to realize a virtual conference. Through video conference,people who are not in the same place municate freely and effectively with each other.
As the rapid development of the IP packet works especially the ,the technology about IP has made tremendous development. IP- based video conference system of the work because of its low cost,interactive powerful and more mon with the characteristics has replaced the traditional television and telephone conference. It has e an ideal choice exchange through the long meeting.
In this paper talk about“Research of IP-work video conference system”. The video conference realized a Point-to- Point video conference system using RTP/RTCP as media control protocol, standard as audio codec, standard as video codec.
This paper mainly describes the following aspects:
① Asalysis of the application and significance of the video conference system.
② Asalysis of key technologies of video conference systems.
③ Asalysis and study about the standard of the video conference system.
