摘要
本文主要介绍了一种包装机械------中成丸药铝箔平板式铝塑泡罩复合式包装机的工作原理及其设计过程。该机结合了塑料机械和包装机械的结构特点,它具有很强的实用性。
我们在原有机型的基础上对其进行了技术改良,增加了内包装部分。我们一组三人设计了三种不同的方案,并从中选择了最优方案。内包装部分可以使药丸外观更美观,并且对药丸具有一定的保护作用。
在整个设计过程中,我们对其传动系统进行了详细计算,对其传动部件进行了强度和刚度的详细校核。该包装机主要适合于包装食品、茶叶、医疗器械、电子等产品中的颗粒状,药丸状、胶囊状及异形物的铝塑、纸塑复合泡罩式密封包装。其包装材料为复合材料,再高温下粘合。
本机主要有加热机构、成形机构、热封机构、压痕机构和冲裁机构。在本次设计中,我们的主要任务是对其传动系统进行设计,对齿轮传动,链轮传动和带传动的计算选择使其满足设计要求,以达到所要求的生产效率。
本设计由两部分组成:即机械部分和电气控制部分。主要完成平板式铝塑泡罩包装机的方案设计、整机结构设计和主要零件设计,控制电路的原理设计。在设计中以机械部分为重点介绍对象。在完成对DPP-250C改良的过程中,以提高生产率为目标。本设计为实现高效泡罩包装开辟了新的道路,使机电技术在药品包装中得到实际的应用。
