风力机叶片运输系统设计
摘要
随着人们环保意识的不断增强,越来越重视清洁能源的生产,风电产业得到迅猛发展,并且出现了大功率的风力发电机,故叶片长度也朝着大型、超大型方向发展。通常结构的风机叶片运输车运输叶片时遇到转弯半径小或者有障碍物的路时,通过会非常困难,甚至不能通过,并且普通的风机叶片运输车运输叶片时,叶片尾部伸出车外太长,容易损伤叶片还很容易造成交通事故。
为了更好的达到运输风机叶片的目的,本论文提供了一种专用于运输风机叶片的车辆,利用自行走装置、叶片托架的倾斜装置和伸缩连接架能够更容易、更安全的通过弯道。当通过狭窄的弯道,尤其是在道路一侧或两侧上有障碍物如树木、房屋时,通过控制系统使叶片倾斜一定角度、伸缩架收缩,同时启动自行走装置,这样不仅减少了叶片投影到地面的长度,将叶片大部分升高,而且缩短运输车长度,减少车轮与地面接触,更有利于转弯。

TRANSPORT VEHICLE FOR A ROTOR BLADE OF A WIND-ENERGY TURBINE
Abstract
With the growing awareness of environmental protection ,more and more people pay attention to clean energy production ,the wind power industry get rapidly development , and the emergence of the high-power wind-energy turbine lead to the blades toward to larger and larger .mon transportation vehicle for a blade cross the small-radius road or obstacles road very difficult ,even can’t pass it ,and the blade out of the vehicle too long that may get damage of the blade, and can likely to cause traffic accidents.
For the sake of the better transport vehicle for a blade ,the thesis provides a kind of special transport vehicle for a blade .It makes use of the walk-by-itself device, the tilted device and the flexible conjunction can pass through the curved road easily and safely .When pass through a narrow curved road ,especially there are obstacles such as trees or houses ,on one side or two sides of the road ,the vehicle through the control system make the rotor blade tilt to a certain angle ,the stretch retract to fixed support and in the mean time the walk-by-itself device makes function .So it not only reduces the length of the rotor blade casted shadow on the ground ,make the major part of blade go up ,but also greatly reduce the length of the transport vehicle ,and it also reduces the amount of wheel that get in touch with the road ,that make the vehicle can easily cross the curved road .
