工业机械手液压系统设计
、摘要:本文主要介绍了上下料用机械手的设计过程,它包括了对于整个系统的工作要求和情况的分析,通过系统的工作过程确定整个液压系统的结构设计。分析整个循环过程,确定系统工作原理图,根据系统参数要求选择标准的液压元件,完成液压系统的装配图。液压集成块作为现在液压系统的主要部件,当前液压集成块应用开发受到了国内外液压界的广泛重视,液压集成块的CAD的研究与开发已为液压工程设计提供了有力的支持,在对机械手液压系统集成块设计过程中,能够与实际的加工工艺相结合。并且对现在的液压集成块的CAD技术有很好的认识。
