摘要

从 1990 年初期到现在,企业流程优化活动一直在如火如荼的进
行着。业务流程优化是近 20 年来世界各国都在努力推行的经营管理
活动。企业通过这种自我变革,尤其是借助于计算机和 IT 的发展,
能大大提高企业自身的竞争能力,并跟上时代快速发展的步伐。本文
将结合国信朗讯有限公司的实际情况,对其业务流程优化的由来、发
展和未来作系统的研究。
降低运营成本、提高效率、增加企业综合竞争力几乎已成为所有
企业的核心目标。在顾客需求复杂化和需求个性化的增加、在技术对
行业的未来发展方向和竞争规则起着决定性的作用、在管理水平与公
司的发展需求存在差距等综合因素影响下,流程优化显得如此重要。
本文全面分析了国信朗讯公司业务流程优化的缘由,再从业务流
程重组的含义、分类和原则导出国信朗讯公司业务流程优化的指导原
