摘
要: 依据缓凝胶粘剂材料的特性, 对其制备工艺进行了深入研究, 提出在制备过程中存在的各影响
因素的解决方法, 并对制备过程的环境控制加以说明。同时, 研制出适用于加工缓粘结预应力钢筋的涂层设
备、冷却设备和压纹设备, 为缓粘结预应力钢筋的生产提供了设备保证。

Abstract : It is studied the preparation technics deeply based on the performance characters of adhesive materials, then put
forward the solution to every influencing factor during the preparation process, and described the environment control of
preparation process. At the same time, it is also developed the coating system equipment, the cooling equipment and the
scratch equipment suitable for the processing of retard-bonded prestressing strand, which provides the equipment guarantee to
the production of retard- bonded prestressing strand.
