摘

要:组织实施科技示范工程是江苏省为进一步加快交通建设科技成果应用和推广,充分发挥科技创新对交
通建设的引领和支撑作用的一项重要措施。作为全省首条科技示范路, 243 省道将集成创新、自主创新、引进消
化吸收再创新的科技成果应用于干线公路建设,提升了工程建设管理水平、降低综合管理成本、延长道路使用寿
命、提升道路使用品质,达到了科技创新、节能减排和生态环保的目的。

Abstract:The science and technology demonstration is an important measure to further accelerate popularization and
application of scientific and technological achievements of transportation brought science and
technology innovation into full play to guiding and supporting the development of transportation construction. As the
first science and technology demonstration road of Jiangsu province ,scientific and technological achievements with
integrated and independent innovation,innovation after introduction and assimilation were applied into Provincial
Highway 243. It indicated that the construction management level raised and the administrative costs reduced . At the
