摘要
太阳能是资源最丰富的可再生能源,具有独特的优势和巨大的开发利用潜力,进入2l世纪以来,世界太阳能光伏发电产业快速发展,我国光伏产业在国家大型工程项目、推广计划和国际合作项目的推动下,以前所未有的速度迅速发展。为了满足我国太阳电池组件生产企业对设备的要求,在各种电气及机械设备法规的规定下,结合当今太阳电池组件层压机的发展状况,考虑到经济实用问题,对半自动太阳电池组件层压机进行设计,在设备未投产前力求更加真实的模拟机器的工作情况,减少生产成本和时间。在确定太阳电池组件层压机总体结构和功能要求的基础上,利用逆向设计思路、SolidWorks三维造型对层压机进行模型设计,对各种零件进行模拟装配及运动分析,检查机械各构件运动是否发生干涉;再运用SolidWorks内自带的COSMOSWorks模块进行有限元分析,对传动机构进行力学计算。通过模仿真实环境下的工作发现并改正设计上的问题,最终完成太阳电池组件层压机的设计与制造。
