摘要
本论文通过对数据采集技术的研究设计了一套基于 DSP 和 CPLD 技术的可编程
遥测信号采集与编码系统
本论文首先对 PCM 系统进行了详细介绍然后结合本系统的技术要求提出了完
整的技术方案本系统由四个模块构成模拟信号采集模块数字信号采集模块 CPLD
控制模块和 DSP 核心处理模块 DSP 是整个系统的核心负责多路模拟信号和数字信
号的采集存储和处理最后生成标准的 PCM 数据流 CPLD 用来生成系统各模块所
需的译码电路和控制信号模拟信号采集模块和数字信号采集模块是本系统与外部信
号的接口
本系统选用的 DSP 芯片是 TMS320VC5409 其高速处理能力完全能满足系统要求
文中详细介绍了 DSP 的两个片上外设——DMA 控制器和多通道缓冲串口 McBSP 由
于片上外设能通过软件进行设置因此充分利用这两个外设不仅能简化编码后的数
据输出过程而且能减小数据采集对 CPU 造成的负荷 CPLD 的高集成性能够降低以
前采用分离元件设计电路的复杂程度简化了系统的硬件设计缩短了开发周期提
高了系统可靠性和保密性它的 ISP(在线编程)功能极大的方便了整个开发过程
DSP+CPLD 模式使得本系统具有强大的可编程性能非常方便的改变系统的工作
状态 CPLD 能扩展系统与外部信号的接口提高系统数据采集能力 DSP 作为系统
核心使得本系统能直接采集异步串行数字信号而且通过编写专门的 DSP 应用程
序能够实现对遥测数据特定的处理为今后的应用搭建好处理平台
测试结果表明利用 DSP 和 CPLD 所设计的数据采集与编码系统,编码误差完全达
到了课题的设计要求同时也证明了论文所选方案的可行性和实用性最后结合整
个开发阶段所遇到的问题作了经验总结并且给出了一些建议和改进措施

Abstract
Through the research of data-acquiring technique a suit of programmable telemetry
signal acquisition and encoding system based on DSP(Digital Signal Processing) and
plex Programmable Logic Device) is designed.
A basic PCM system is introduced in detail then plete technique project is
brought forward according to this system’s requirement. This system is constituted by four
modules analog signals acquisition module digital signals acquisition module CPLD
control module and central DSP Digital Signal Processor(DSP) is the brain of
the system and analog signals and digital signals are acquired stored and handled by DSP
at last a standard serial PCM data is conversion circuits and control signals that
other modules require are produced by CPLD. Aanalog signals acquisition module and
digital signals acquisition module are the interface between the system and the external
signals.
The DSP chip that the system select is TMS320VC5409 and it’s high-speed operation
capacity meets the system’s on-chip peripherals in DSP Multichannel
Buffered Serial Port(McBSP) and Direct Memory Access(DMA)
