摘要
矩阵变换器作为交交直接变换的功率变换器,以其无中间直流环节、具有
单位输入功率因数和良好的正弦输入电流、易于实现能量双向流动等优点受到
了国内外学者的广泛关注。
本文首先介绍了三相交交矩阵变换器的基本原理和调制方法,并重点分析
了采用双空间矢量调制策略矩阵变换器的调制过程,得出了输入输出量之间的
数学关系。采用对矩阵变换器的输入电流矢量和输出电压矢量分别调制然后组
合的方法得到矩阵变换器的占空比表达式。
提出了双空间矢量调制矩阵变换器的输出电压有效值闭环的控制方法,将
矩阵变换器输出线电压有效值作为反馈值,采用 PI 调节器实现系统的闭环控制。
建立了该闭环系统的 Matlab 仿真模型,分析了矩阵变换器输入输出性能和闭环
控制的有效性。
详细介绍了矩阵变换器闭环控制系统的软硬件设计。其中,系统的控制器
功能主要由 DSP 和 CPLD 完成,DSP 实现系统闭环并实时计算调制占空比等功能,
CPLD 负责开关控制信号的译码转换等工作。
最后,制作了输出电压有效值控制矩阵变换器闭环系统的原理样机,进行
了一系列实验测试,结果表明采用双空间矢量策略矩阵变换器实现输出电压有
效值闭环控制是正确有效的,输出电压有效值控制矩阵变换器闭环系统作为变
频电源设计也是切实可行的。

基于 DSP 的交交矩阵变换器闭环控制
ABSTRACT
Matrix converter (MC) is a power converter based on AC-AC direct conversion.
More and more attention is paid to MC depending on its adventages, such as omitting
the DC part, obtaining unit power factor, getting sinusoidal input currents and output
voltages and easy to realize bidirectional flow of energy.
This dissertation firstly introduces the fundamental elements and modulation
methods of three-phase AC-AC MC. Then mainly analyzes modulation process of
MC with dual space vector modulation (DSVM) and gains the mathematic relations
between inputs and outputs. The duty expressions of MC have been derived by the
method of separate modulation and bination of input current vector and
output voltage vector.
MC closed-loop control method based on DSVM is presented, in which the
RMS value of output line voltage is taken as feedback and PI regulator is adopted.
Meanwhile, Matlab simulation model of the system has been established, and the
input and output characteristic and the effectivity of closed-loop control of MC have
been analyzed.
The software and hardware designs of MC closed-loop control system are
introduced in detail. The functions of system controller are mainly finished by DSP
