ICU患者护理不安全因素分析及对策

摘
要!
护理工作是 ICU 工作的重要组成部分, 在护理工作中任何一个细小环节的失误均可给患者造成不必要的损
害。为了提高 ICU 护理的水平, 找出护理中存在的问题。本文将对 ICU 患者在护理过程中所存在的一些不安全因素进
行综述, 寻找易被忽视的不安全因素的形成条件, 及时洞察可能引起患者伤害的各种因素, 从而给护理工作者以启迪, 提
高她们对护理中不安全因素的预见性, 以便有针对性地采取预防措施, 防患于未然。希望广大护理工作者不断提高对不
安全因素的识别和评估能力, 正确分析所存在的不安全因素, 做到防微杜渐, 真正体现护理行为中的安全保障。提高其
应对能力, 使护理工作更科学化、制度化、规范化、标准化, 切实做到为患者提供安全、放心、满意的优质护理服务。
