多层螺旋 CT 在重复肾输尿管畸形中的应用价值

【摘要】目的

探讨多层螺旋 CT 在重复肾输尿管畸形中的应用价值。方法

回顾性分析 18 例重复肾输
尿管畸形的多层螺旋 CT(MSCT)表现及诊断,18 例重复肾输尿管畸形,全部行 MSCT 平扫、增强扫描及延迟
扫描,全部病例均行多层螺旋 CT 尿路成像。结果
18 例重复肾输尿管畸形,双侧重复肾 3 例(双侧完全性重
复肾 2 例,1 例右侧为完全重复肾,左侧为不完全重复肾),单侧 15 例(右侧 5 例,左侧 10 例),其中完全性重复
肾 12 例,不完全重复肾 6 例;13 例合并重复肾输尿管积液,3 例合并感染,2 例合并输尿管结石。13 例均行手术
治疗,手术及病理所见与 CT 检查结果相符。结论
MSCT 可全面、清楚、直观地观察肾脏、输尿管病变,并可从
CT 尿路成像图像上立体观察,对临床选择治疗方案、制定手术路径具有重要的应用价值。
