摘要
马达驱动绞车(液压绞车)是利用液压马达直接或通过减速箱来拖动滚筒的一种新型绞车。
液压绞车广泛应用于工程机械、矿山机械、建筑机械以及海洋船舶、海洋石油等领域,大吨位、高性能液压绞车是海洋石油生产用于野外和港口、码头进行重载设备的水平拖拉作业和海上船舶定位的关键设备。
本论文主要是阐述煤矿用的普通液压提升绞车,其基本原理及其设计方法也同样适用于煤矿用的其它液压绞车及建筑和船舶等使用的液压绞车。本论文主要包括液压绞车的液压执行件、钢丝绳的选择,卷筒的设计与计算以及减速器的设计与计算。而且对涡轮、蜗杆、涡轮轴、蜗杆轴进行了设计与计算,对主要的轴承和键的主参数进行了选择和校核。
