深锥浓密机搅拌刮泥耙扭矩力学模型

摘要:基于深锥浓密机内部不同高度、不同浓度尾砂对耙子运行的影响,对耙子进行受力分析,提出复杂结构耙
子扭矩的计算模型。根据实际现象,将浓密机部物料分布划分为流体区和散体区两大区域,散体区内尾砂无流动
性;运用浆体流变学原理和散体力学原理分别分析位于不同区域内耙子构件的受力状态,对不同的构件提出相应
的扭矩模型,最终建立一种新的复杂结构耙子的扭矩力学模型。最后,利用该模型对现场深锥浓密机驱动参数进
行验算。研究结果表明:最大扭矩为 6 kN∙m,超出停机保护额定值 %;小耙子产生的扭矩占耙子总
扭矩的 %,贡献最大。这一结果从理论上解释了深锥浓密机压耙及压耙后无法重启的原因。

Mechanical model of scraper rake torque in deepcone thickener

Abstract: Based on the impact on rake operation of different height and concentration of tailings in the thickener, the
stress of rake was analyzed, and a torque model plex structure rake was proposed. According to the actual
phenomenon, the thickener was divided into two zones, the fluid zone and granular zone considering material’s
distribution in the thickener, and granular tailings can not flow. Slurry rheology and granular mechanics were used to
analyze stress state of rake in the two zones, different torque models were raised according to different structures, and a
new toque mechanical model plicated rake was obtained. Finally, adopting the model, the driving parameters of a
deepcone thickener used in a mine were checked. The results show that the max torque is 6 kN∙m, which
exceeds the shutdown protection value of %. Column generates % of the total torque, which is the largest
proportion. The results have explained the reasons why the deepcone thickener rake shutdown can not be restarted in
theory from aspects of rake configuration and slurry conc
