摘要
随着中国经济的快速发展,包装机械在中国有很广阔的市场前景。
牛奶灌装机是食品包装机械中较为典型的种类,它在牛奶产品的生产流程中进行牛奶的自动供料、送瓶、灌装和封盖,完成牛奶产品的包装过程,并将其送至下一道生产工序,以便后续处理。
本次课题研究的主要内容是牛奶灌装机的托瓶升降机构和灌装瓶高度调节机构的设计。
托瓶升降机构的作用是根据灌装工作过程的需要,先将瓶子升起到规定的位置,以便进行牛奶的灌装,待灌装完后再将瓶子降低到规定的位置,以便拨瓶轮将瓶子送到传送链带土送走。本次课题研究的托瓶升降机构将采用气动与机械组合式的设计。
灌装瓶高度调节机构的作用是调节装有灌装阀的贮液缸与装有升降瓶台的转盘之间的距离,使贮液缸能沿着立柱相对于转盘做上、下移动,以满足不同高度瓶子的灌装需要。本次课题研究的灌装瓶高度调节机构将采用3立柱调节式的设计。

Abstract
With China 's rapid economic development , packaging machinery in China has a very broad market prospects .
Milk filling machine food packaging machinery more typical species , which in the milk production process for automatic feeding of milk , bottle feeding , filling and capping , complete milk product packaging process , and sent under a production process for subsequent processing.
The main content of the research is to shore up the milk bottle filling machine and filling bottles lifting mechanism height adjustment mechanism design.
The role of propping lifting mechanism is based on the needs of bottling process , the bottle rises to a predetermined first position for filling the milk , and then after filling the bottle to be reduced to a predetermined position to dial round bottle the bottle to the conveyor chain with soil away . The care of this research will be used pneumatic bottle lifting mechanism with mechanical modular design.
Bottle filling height adjusting mechanism is equipped with a filling valve regulating reservoir bottle fitted with lifting cylinders and the distance between the turntable platform , the storage cylinder to the column relative to the turntable along the cook , the next move to meet the needs of different height bottles filling . The research of the filling bottle height adjustment mechanism will use three uprights adjustable design.
