城际交通发展对都市圈产业集聚影响的实证研究

摘要:沿城际交通主干线有着便利的交通运输条件,生产要素与产品的聚集与扩散渠通畅,会形成较为发达的产业聚集带。四通八达的公路交通网将都市圈联结成一个紧密的整体,使原有的处于各自分散的生产力要素得以重新组合。通过改变区域范围内的生产力布局,使优势产业得到相应发展。本文利用产业空间集聚指数和行业集中度CRn指标对长三角都市圈制造产业1998-2007年集聚水平进行了测度,并将城际交通发展水平与产业集聚水平相关程度进行了实证分析,实证结果表明:在研究时限内,城际交通对都市圈产业集聚有明显带动作用。产业集聚弹性能够反映出不同产业集聚水平变化对工业经济增长产生的不同影响,可以为评价和发展产业集群提供决策参考。
