摘要
晶闸管直流稳压电源是通过整流桥把交流电转换为直流电的向负载直接供电的装置。其设计重点是保证有较高的转化效率和输出的直流电压保持稳定。
本文介绍了以晶闸管组成三相桥式整流电路,用KJ004和KJ041组成的触发电路的晶闸管直流稳压电源。该电源大大提高了电流的转换效率和电压的稳定性,在一定程度上解决了现有系统存在的问题,从而提高了系统的整体运行性能。本文研究电源从主电路入手,分析了三相桥整流器的输出特性和其所需要的触发脉冲的特性,确定了主电路和触发电路。从输出电压稳定性方面入手增加了电压调节器电流调解器和滤波电路等辅助电路。从保护晶闸管元件方面入手增加了电压电流保护电路等辅助电路。
本文涉及的电源能够从10V-——100V连续可调,有较大的调压范围,在扰动的情况下也能够输出较稳定的电压,能够满足生产和生活需要。

Abstract
The thyristor current voltage-stabilized source is an AC-DC converter. Which changes AC to DC by Full Bridge converter .Its designed key point is the higher transformed effciency and the output DC voltage maintentance is stable .
This article introduces a voltage-stabilized source .Which trigger converters poses with KJ004 and KC41C and its three phase Full bridge controlled rectifier is posed with thyristor .This power source greatly enhances the current transformed efficiency and the output
Voltage-stabily,has solved the existing system existence problem in the certain degree, and thus enhances the whole system’s performance characteristic. This article studies the power to obtain from the main circuit ,analyzes the trigger pulse characteristic which the three phase bridge rectifier input level and its needed to determine the main circuit and the triggert circuit .Obtained from the output voltage stable aspect
increased auxiliary circuit ,voltage regulator ,current regulator and flitter circuit and so on .Obtained from the protection crystal thyratron
part aspect,increated the voltage electric protection circuit and so on .
This power’s output voltage can move from 10V to 100V ,has a wider accent to press the scope, its output voltage is stabilized when the perturbation in the situation .This power can satisfy the production and the life need.
