多溴联苯醚的降解及检测研究进展
摘要:多溴联苯醚(PBDEs)属溴代阻燃剂,曾因其优良的阻燃性能而广泛应用于电子电器、石油化工和建材纺织等工业产品中。随着生产量和使用量的增加,PBDEs已造成全球环境污染,其带来的环境问题已引起各国关注。在我国,PBDEs仍在大量使用。由于其对生物体的致畸、致癌以及内分泌干扰性,被认为是环境中的主要持久性有机污染物之一。本文总结了国内外光降解的研究和微生物降解的研究。同时对PBDEs的检测和研究方向进行了展望。

The development of degradation and analytical methods for polybrominated diphenyl ethers
Abstract: Owing to the superior performance as brominated flame retardants,polybrominated diphenyl ethers(PBDEs) have been widely used as the additives in many industrial products,such as electronic and electrical appliances,petroleum plex,and building and textile materials. With the increase in production and usage, more international attention is focused on environmental pollution caused by PBDEs. It is widely used in China. Because of its teratogenic, carcinogenic and endocrine disrupting, PBDEs is considered one of the major anic pollutants. In this paper studies on PBDEs photodegradation and microbial degradation were summarized. The detection and the direction of PBDEs study was prospected as well.

1 PBDEs的性质及现状
多溴联苯醚(Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers,PBDEs)是一类重要的溴代阻燃化合物,其化学通式为C12H(0-9)Br(1-10)O,共有209中同系化合物。由于PBDEs在高温分解产生密度较大的不燃烧气体和溴自由基,分别起到覆盖作用和捕获燃烧反应的核心游离基OH·和O·等,从而达到阻燃灭火的目的。因此,PBDEs被广泛应用于塑料制品、纺织品、电路板和建筑材料等领域[1]。
