摘要
对ZL50型装载机液压系统进行正确的检修与保养,首先必须做好ZL50型装载机日常保养和维护工作,在作业前后要按规定对装载机进行检查、保养和维护。在作业过程中,要注意ZL50型装载机运行中有无不正常情况发生,如杂音、异味、振动等,发现问题及时做好必要的调整和修理工作,避免由于小故障的恶化而造成严重后果。
对筑路机械的检修与保养已有不少人提过,但仍有很多操作人员误以为只要勤换油及滤芯就万事大吉,以致液压系统出点小问题就不知所措。据查,当前因液压问题而瘫痪的筑路机械中有80%是装载机,且国产为多。
液压技术在装载机中应用日益完善,但客户对系统的可靠性要求也越来越高,为了保证装载机对液压系统各项技术指标和工作性能的要求,特别是对液压系统的检修与保养,必须对液压系统进行全面地分析,并掌握测试液压元件和系统的方法,进一步提高可维性和效率。
