R4150型柴油机连杆加工工艺及其
专用镗床夹具设计
摘要:连杆是柴油机的主要传动件之一,在柴油机工作工程中,连杆在工作中承受着呈周期交变的压缩、拉伸及弯曲应力,而连杆的刚性比较差,容易产生变形。本文主要论述了连杆的加工工艺及其夹具设计。连杆的尺寸精度、形状精度以及位置精度的要求都较高,因此在安排工艺过程时,就需要把各主要表面的粗精加工工序分开,通过逐步减少加工余量方的方法减小切削力,进而减小切削引起的变形;还可以通过热处理工艺来消除切削加工产生的变形和内应力;另外可以通过专用夹具的使用,合理设置定位及夹紧力,避免在工件刚度差的方向夹紧,从而减小因夹紧力引起的变形。这样就可以尽量的减小工件在加工过程中的变形,从而能最后达到零件的技术要求。

This paper mainly discusses the processing technology and fixture design of connecting rod. Connecting rod size accuracy, precision and shape of the accuracy requirement of the position is higher, so the arrangement of technological process, you need to separate the rough finish machining process on the surface of the major, step by step to reduce machining allowance method to reduce the cutting force, and reduce the cutting deformation caused by; Also can be eliminated by heat treatment process to machining the deformation and internal stress; Also can through the use of special fixture, setting up reasonable positioning and clamping force, avoid the difference of stiffness in the direction of the clamping workpiece, thereby reducing the distortion caused by clamping force. So you can try to minimize the deformation of workpiece in machining process, which could finally reach parts of the technical requirements.
