A1S基因SNPs及其与部分屠体性状的关联性研究 张军 (温州科技职业学院,浙江温州 325006) 摘要:研究发现L型钙离子通道α1亚单位(A1S)与动物肌肉的收缩和发育存在一定的关系,A1S基因的研究。利用PCR-SSCP技术,对萧山鸡、仙居鸡、灵昆鸡、萧山鸡×仙居鸡杂交F1代、A1S基因5′-调控区(5′-UTR)和外显子1(exon1)首次进行多态性检测,结合屠体性状做关联分析。A1S基因5′-UTR和exon1存在2个单核苷酸多态性(SNPs)位点与屠体性状关联:SNPs716位点JJ基因型的胸肌率极显著(P<)大于KK基因型。SNPs1711位点YY基因型的全净膛率和胸肌率显著大于(P<)XY和XX基因型;YY和XY基因型的半净膛率和胸肌率极显著(P<)大于XX基因型。A1S基因可能是影响鸡部分屠体性状(全净膛率、半净膛率、胸肌率、腿肌率)的主效基因或与主效基因连锁,并且这些突变位点可能被用作分子遗传标记选择鸡的屠体性状。 关键词:鸡;A1S基因;PCR-SSCP;屠体性状;关联分析 Study on Association of Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms of A1S Gene with Partial Carcass Traits in Chicken Zhang jun (Wenzhou vocational college of science&technology, Wenzhou 325006, China) Abstract: Calcium channel, voltage-dependent, L type, alpha 1S subunit (A1S) was related to the contraction and growing development of muscle, but there were not the study of A1S gene in chicken. Single nucleotide polymorphism of 5′-Untranslated Regions (5′-UTR) and Expressed region 1 (exon1) of A1S gene of 30 Xiaoshan chickens and 30 Xianju chickens and 28 Linkun chickens and 30 F1 offspring of Xiaoshan and Xianju chickens and 24 AA chickens was analyzed by PCR-SSCP,and its association analysis with carcass traits was conducted for the first time.
