摘要
矿山提升设备是矿山运输中的咽喉设备,占有特殊地位,是井下与
地面联系的主要工具。
矿山提升设备的用途是沿井筒提运矿石和废石,升降人员,下放材
料、工具和设备。矿山提升设备在工作中如果一旦发生机械和电气故障
就会造成停产,甚至人身伤亡。为了保证生产和人员的安全要求矿山提
升设备运行准确,安全可靠,井必须配有性能良好的控制设备和保护装
置。
矿山提升设备的耗电量一般占矿井总耗电量的 30%一 40%,所以为了
降低矿石的成本,必须经济合理地选择和使用矿山提升设备。矿山提升
设备又是矿井最大固定设备之一,是—套较复杂的机械-电气机组。
本文针对矿山机械的特殊要求,重点设计卷筒部件和主轴部件,两
个部件是提升机的关键部分,卷筒强度不够导致的直接后果就是筒壳被
压溃、焊缝开裂等;主轴是传递动力装置,在设计时需要考虑其承受的
弯扭力矩,键对主轴强度的削弱及其装配问题,轴的工艺要求等。
通过本次的设计,可以缩短提升机设计周期,提高产品的设计质量,
提高企业的技术创新能力和市场竞争能力。
